What are complete drum to drum 8.75 B body rear ends selling for??
Mine is out of a 1970 RR 3.23 positive traction. Just trying to get an idea before putting up for sale locally.
 
Thanks for the B-day wishes, but seriously looking for what it’s worth. I see 8.75 posi carriers selling locally anywhere from $600-$800. Is that about what the whole thing is worth??
 
Depends on the center section. 741,742 or 489. I think the 741 is less desirable than the other 2.

I have seen rebuilt suregrip centers with 489 cases for 500 to 600.

In 2014 I parted out a '67 Chrysler. I sold JUST the 3.23 SG third member for $400 in 2014. No axle. No brakes. No shafts, JUST the center section. The buyer even paid the $185 to have it shipped.
