Has anyone put sound deadening on there floor ? Did it make a difference ? I got a chance to buy some DYNO MAT brand at a good price & wandered if it is going to be worth it.

It's worth it. Big time. I used it throught the entire cabin in my X. Except the ceiling but people put it there to. I would say if you can get a good deal and can install it - go for it!

I used 'mega mat' which is made by the fat mat people. I'm gad I did, it made quite a difference. It has helped with heat too, despite what I've read on the internet...
