I enjoy a good scary/horror movie but I've been disappointed lately. I know a lot of them are done on a lower budget but I think they can still be well done. Movies like VVITCH are supposed to be good but I found it boring.

Anybody got any good ones?

Good luck. There's not many good scary movies anymore. There's been a lot of potential good ones, then the ending is a letdown.
Some of the more recent ones I liked were, get out, hush, the insidious movies, possession of hannah grace.
It's hard to find good, intense movies.
Action movies seem to be the mainstream genre aside from the love stories.

You could always just re watch Phantasm.

There are so many upcoming horror films this year, I will definitely go see Anabelle Comes Home as I enjoy the first one. I will also watch It: Chapter Two.

the meg , very good

Not a horror movie really, but Drive Angry has been showing again on the pay channels, and its got a 69 Charger RT in it!

The last horror movie I saw was "The House On The Haunted Hill" when I was somewhere around 12. Scared the living **** out of me! Haven't been fan since.

Forgot about The Meg. I really liked it. Supposed to be a new alligator move called Crawl.

Not sure if this falls under the horror/scary category, but Overlord was good.
I like war movies, and didn't think it was a stupid zombie movie.
Also, Dragged Across Concrete wasn't horror, but many scenes, although somewhat predictable, were unsettling, if that delivers the same feeling.
I give it a thumbs up.

Horror movies should be banned..it gives stupid people ideas....
