I would like to know what cylinder heads you guys are using. Feel free to elaborate as you wish!

Mopar 67 only 915 heads. Best stock heads available especially in the HP version.

Edelbrock 84cc aluminums, ported, milled to 82ccs.

440SOURCE, gone through and upgraded locks/retainers.

Besides stock iron heads, the B-1 B/S, 440 Stealth, Trick Flow 240, and Max Wedge Victor heads.
Been looking at the Trick Flow 270, but don't have any projects that need them at his time.
Just finished the 505" stroker with the TF 240 heads. Put it in a '66 Fury III C-Body with TTI headers, and the angled spark plugs and TTI headers, there is ample space and access to the sparkplugs, and the wires are not close to the header tubes (1-7/8" headers.) Not sure how the fitment on a B-Body would be, but I was really happy with the clearance in the C-Body. The straight plugs on the stealth heads puts the #2 sparkplug really close to the inner fender shock tower on my '69 Coronet.

E Street 5090 75 cc

Angled Plugs

Machine shop said they looked good before I installed them

One thing

I found some heli coil tabs sitting in the bottom of the support holes for rocker arm shaft when installing bolts by hand first before dropping off at shop

Factory HP Exhaust Manifolds

Everything is good so far

Zero issues with plug wires

I have the same. So far just dyno broken in and tested. No issues with TTi headers or wires. Ditched the stock rockers and went with Hughes 1.5.

Used Stealths on a couple, but going with Trick Flow 240's on the current build.

One head, eight in a row, aluminum, no valves, 27 head studs, acorn nuts.

It was a big block 85 years ago, does that count?

TF 240s are my choice for my 440 6bbl.
With the dual plane intake, the 240s are a better match and will bring the HP and torque in at lower RPMs than my #2 choice TF 270s.
Right now I have 452s

440 Source Stealth Heads, cnc ported, 3 angle valve job, crane springs, 10 degree locks and retainers, Hughes 1:5 rocker arms with B3R rocker correction shims.

IF I was looking for stealth, painting them to match the orange block color, and emptying as many would be competitors pockets as possible making bets, OR for any other reason to appear "stock" it would be hard to beat a set of worked over 440 Source stealth heads.
Since none of that matters to me, Trick Flow heads are hard to beat.

Pretty much box stock stealths on my 4fitty1 - gone through by a machinist.

Looks like an iron headed tree 80 tree.

We've made 600hp using the Stealth's(we Ported), using "street" type Roller profile Cams on 91 Octane pump gas, 580's hp using Solid Flat Tappets 240'ish @ .050, again 91 Octane and typically on 451 inch Engines, they will work !
That said,
Porting them to 300 cfm @ .600" Lift is far more time consuming that an E-Street or RPM Head which are easier to get there, so a guy really has to want that "stock" appearance if you are paying someone else ?

Stealth OOTB as delivered we typically see mid 260's cfm @ 28" same .600" lift
and
Edelbrock rpm/E-Street a few cfm more (but NOT the 290 cfm eddy advertises)

Either Heads respond pretty dramatically to just application of a Hot-Rod Valve Seat Job and Back-cutting the Valves.

I went with the Sidewinder heads from Marsh Performance. Good price for a closed chamber aluminum head. He set them up for my cam and engine specs and included the good retainers and 10 degree locks. So far so good, I hope the start the motor in a few weeks.

I am running these heads too with mild porting and 2.14/1.81 valves. If, and when I do swap them out, I will go for the Trick Flow 240's.

Promaxx 'Shocker' CNC'd 84cc heads. No issues whatsoever. I purchased these from Promaxx directly and they worked with me on spring requirements.

Brodix B1/BS. On a 451. 400 short deck with RB 3.75" crank. The heads are small closed chambered (65 cc). Thus you will get increase in compression. I have measured my bored 4.4" cylinders to 12.5:1 compression. Thus I run E-85 fuel from a 4150 1000 CFM Holley metered for E-85.

A little hairy for street use. But with some responsibility? It can be managed.
