I have a Flaming River unit too. Don't recall the part number, but it is the one with the aluminum rod remote shutoff.

you can get a great one from your rv shop. comes in all different styles and the amp load starts out around 200. cost from 40.00 to 200.00 depending on what you want.

I've used different brand name switches in several projects. All work well. The important thing is the surge and continuous amp rating of the switch. They are sold with as low as a 20 amp rating. Not good if your starter is in line with it.

I have the flaming River on my car. Nothing I hate worse is when someone goes through their tail light lense or in their tail panel with the on/off switch. So, I made a custom mount and have it between my bumper and rear valance.
