Looking through YouTube, I found some helpful videos on concrete work.
I also found THIS:

Wow! I’m sure that was done in jest cause if it wasn’t, don’t ever hire that dude!!!

I couldn't watch anymore LOL, The other guys on the job had to run him off,
There is always one on every crew :screwy:

I was going to have that guy build my next engine.

I knew something was up when he said cheap concrete with a pump truck in the background. Boys been breathing the diesel fumes for too long.

Where is YOUR sense of humor, guys ??

That was a funny. Im forwarding to one of the Contractors working on my jobs now.

He uses too much concrete and this can be done much cheaper..... the bottom 3/4 should be foam packing peanuts an a thin layer of concrete on top for smoothness. The foam will expand and contract and will save the concrete from cracking... plus you can use it as a yoga mat since the finished slab will have some spring to it. You will have no chipped chrome sockets and wrenches from drops on an improperly constructed slab when they bounce right back into your hand.

Thats what you do to the neighbors yard when they dont want to cut there grass..:D

If you have to pour concrete after 2, have the concrete company add 2 o/o calcium to it so your help will work faster and be done by 5

Funny stuff, although that's a long ways to go to get a laugh (16 minutes).

The last concrete contractor I did business with was driving a rolls royce to give estimates (while wearing his brown collar company uniform)

I thought this might be a questionable business practice, but...HE WAS THE LOW BID!

Wife wanted a larger deck, 10x14 to 20x20. Guy in a Caddy showed with a pound of gold jewely wanted $10k. I build a 30x32 with a 10x21 access deck $17k. Oh and a 28x28 garage for my cars.

There are two kinds of concrete.
Concrete that has cracked and concrete that hasn't cracked....yet.
