Bought couple tubes of this from advance auto. Has a thick sticky consistency and easy to see when using grease gun. Gets good timken bearing load rating of 80 lbs. Compared to the red timken bearing grease i just used has bearing lbs rating of 55. I'm pleased with the overall appearance of the product. https://www.greengrease.net

I have been using Amalie's version since the 90's with great results. The synthetic and semi-synthetic bearing greases have many uses and are far more resistant to temperature-related failures and break-down when compared to standard bearing greases. Tens of thousands of miles later, it still looks and feels the same as the day I put it in. I swear by the stuff...

When they first came out with the red grease it was for disc brakes "High Temperature". So many out there now that I would want to know it's ratings just for what I was useing it for.

Still using the same 5 lb tub of wheel bearing grease I bought in the '80's. Real stuff..

Yeah, in the "olden" days when they made stuff with quality and products that lasted . . .

Remember that old brown grease with fibers in it. Man that was some snotty stuff! There might be something like it still out there but I bet most wouldn't use it when they try to pack a bearing with it!
