68 Charger Steering Wheel removal

Need to replace the turn signal cam. What is the best procedure for removing this type of steering wheel? I have a puller. Any tips in not breaking anything would be welcomed.

The center horn cap will turn left to remove it. Once it's off you, remove the nut and washer and install the puller. Pretty straightforward.

So the plastic dodge symbol cap just unscrews...or it just turns left to "line up notches to lift out"?

Turn it left. There are 3 fingers in the cap that will release it from the steering wheel. If it hasn't been off in a while it will probably take some effort.
