1970 Roadrunner Build

I am building a 70 RR myself, didn't start as nice as yours as mine has a tilt front end... That said it will be a Hemi 4 speed with air grabber and the tilt as well...

Nice.....I am going Six Barrel set up on a 512 stroker. I just got my carburetors back from the rebuilder last week.
 
That is going to be a sweet car. 70 RR is my favorite B body (which is why I have one). Just something about the body style with an air grabber and pistol grip... Just screams MUSCLE

Agree. I saw an article not long ago that said the 1970 Air Grabber hood was the coolest option ever offered on a muscle car. My kids think it is cool anyway.
 
Looking great i think I found good painter referred by another mopar nut we'll see supposed to start in 4-5wks!

Got the doors and deck lid installed. Starting to look more like a car. Going to build the K member on car next before installing the fenders.

Looks Great, who did you get to do your gauges? I have an original V code Track Pack RR - I drive it everyday!
 
Auto Instruments in Martinsville, VA. They did a great job, but had my gauges for 15 months:bs:
 
that does seem long, are you replacing the original fuse box? This is mine, I wasn't sure if I was missing something on the first slot?

I ordered all new wiring, 6 or 7 Harnessses if I remember correctly. I will look tonight when I get in if you would like.
 
Cleaned my transmission up prior to changing gaskets and tail shaft seal and found the factory markings of an E body.
