All total, I estimate was 18-20.
I was there both 9 and noon Friday and Saturday................and nearly all day today.............met and talked to at least 14 members.
I'm pretty sure we topped the $180 that vandan moneyed up for the tent.
Perfect weather. I did get several new guys that will register for next year..that did not know about this year.
I had a short list this year for parts and found all 3 on Friday.

Someone is missing in your picture  ...

Thank you Dan and Hawk for your efforts. Thanks Steve for supplying the tables and chairs! It was great to see all who attended and looks like we'll have more involved next year

They were free, compliments of Joey
Unfortunately they're all gone
Ok, then I'm good. Thanks Joey. I just though today Sunday, that after I asked one of the FBBO tent dwellers on Saturday if I could have one and took one that they may not have been free.
Edit in red.

good show and good people, i enjoyed meeting some members at the tent...Rich
Just got back with the tables............should have taken my camera, eeeerie...not a single person or car in site.
Hawk.....I took the sine up sheet off of the table, do you want it?
Also did you get the print out?

Just got back to my PC after heading home and working to clean up a bit.

Thanks to all the members that stopped by the tent! I was a few minutes late in a couple of instances because I was spread a little thin. I was trying to be at my swap meet spot, walk the grounds, be at the FBBO tent, meet my-father-law, (somewhat) clean and present my car, and also look at all the great cars. Wow. Maybe next year I will leave the car at home!

At any rate, I enjoyed meeting all the FBBO members that stopped by and hope to build on this for next year! Thanks to all!!

Hawk

P.S. Steve: Thanks, I do have a copy of the print out.

Thanks for the thought to bring the food! This year was a start, but we need to build on what we did this year - it just takes a lot of work and coordination. Perhaps next year we can grow the event and coordinate a lunch with a grill; that would be fun.

Carlisle 2019 is "History" now. THANKS to ALL that participated and contributed to Our 1st Tent effort. I think it worked out well for those who were there. As far as the cost of the venture, it was covered by members donations. The collection rang up at $230. Costs: $180 for the tent, $25 for the Chair Rental, was returned to Richard with a Big Thank You for his efforts, and $25 went to Steve for lugging those tables back and forth from his Home. A special THANK YOU out to Hawk, who really put some time in at the Tent, and his "Donation Box". I enjoyed meeting those that visited when I was able to get over there, and hope to keep this as an Annual F(B,A,E,C)BO Meet at Carlisle. Hopefully WE can get the word out, to add FBBO to your entry form next year, and the cost will be covered by Carlisle Events. We're only about 360 days away ! Everyone have a Great Year, and again, THANKS for the efforts...

It was great to finally make it to Carlisle and even better to meet some of the members. Great talking to the ones I met. Sorry I was not able to make it to some of the official meeting times. Tent was at a great spot in the middle of all the action. Hope to make it there again soon!

Well Carlisle 2019 is history and hopefully all of those attending had a good time. I know that for some of you, that this was the first time attending the show. Although we have have been doing the event since 92, it continues to be an amazing experience that only seems to grow each year. I foresee 2020 being another awesome event with the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the E-Bodies, Dusters and Demons.

Hopefully going forward, those that attended this year and those who will be coming next year can get an ideal on what the tent has to offer. It is not a party site for ever hour on the clock from the show opening til the show closes. But it allows a focal meet point for members or others to meet up and share the experience.

For next year, PLEASE remember to register under the FBBO club, so that we can start to defer the cost. Just think if we did not have to pony up the tent dollars, that could have went to say a pizza or burger party. I noticed over on FABO, someone has already posted on trying to get something going for 2020.

A special thanks for the efforts of VANDAN, hsorman and FU64RY on putting this together. Unfortunately as most of you guys related, there is so much going on that it is very difficult to break away and take everything in. This is my first chance to post since I left on the seventh of July and I just finished unloading and doing an inventory today. Now it is time to start all over again for The Mopar Nats.

So lets continue with the good vibes knowing that Carlisle 2020 will be here again before we know it. We ended up with good participation, but there is no reason that we cannot double on that number for 2020. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated, either post here or send me a private message.

See you guys in Columbus in a couple of weeks!!!
