any suggestions? i hear dynamat a lot, anything else you guys uses? i used on my floors.thanks

there some adhesive backed foil-covered
HVAC metal ducting insulation materials
It's much like Dynamat (almost the exact same deal)
you can get at most home improvement stores
at 1/3 the price, less probably,
it does the same exact thing, bonds to a clean metal surface

no specific name brand, depends on where you buy it

good luck

Look for duct tape. Just make sure you have it positioned were you want it before pulling the backing loose and only pull it loose just ahead of the contact area.

One layer of Dynamat and one layer of Dynaliner. The west Texas sun on black roof need LOTS of blocking!!!!

Both great products for noise cancellation.
My Roadrunner sounds like a tin can, and I may never address that because I am not inclined to add weight to it.
Besides, my exhaust is loud enough to overwhelm any squeaks or rattles.

The previous owner of my GTX used these on occasion...

Had a few tears in the headliner. :D

Dynamat and the Jut Padding. Quieted it down a lot. By the way...I have an extra NOS Jut Pad if you are interested. PM me and we can discuss the particulars...cr8crshr/Bill:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::usflag::usflag::usflag:

If you go with silver foil... do yourself a favour and mist it with flat black paint. I can see it shining through the headliner holes.... and wish I had done so!
