Floor Mats - Auto Truck Toys

Finding what I thought was an outfit selling quality mats I ordered a set for my truck some five weeks ago. Decided to check with them last week on status since they've said squat. Recorded greeting says they will return call following day. Nada and more nada after nearly a week. Now their voice mail is full..
Curious if anyone has bought stuff from this place and how they were to deal with? Thanks

Did a quick search on google to read some reviews, you're not alone, unfortunately. This seems to be their modus operandi. Some may even call it fraud.

I'm usually a bit more careful; but I slipped on this one. I think there's a spot on our forum to post bad experiences with these types of outfits and will look for that after giving this place another week to reply. Who knows could be posted already and I didn't check that!

I read the reviews on Auto Truck Toys and wow...how in the hell does this place continue to exist? I got complacent ordering a lot of stuff without hassles from other places so guess this is a wake up call to check out businesses before ordering ALL the time. Ya'd think they would be flagged somehow by paypal or credit card companies. This place should be publicly humiliated ******* over so many people...

You can certainly do what you can by writing your own review, reporting them to your CC company as well as the BBB.
If you're receiving no satisfaction/response from their customer service representative, I would also be inclined to call the police and reporting fraud.
Unacceptable business practice.

Definitely contact the Better Business Borough in their city. A lot of times these outfits have been reported and shut down. Then they just relocate and open again, sometimes changing their name. If you used a credit card or PayPal, start a claim right away. I wouldn't wait if they have lots of online complaints.

Thought I'd give yaz the latest on this outfit: Crickets! Paypal says they would contact them and then we should allow a week or two for them to 'reply'. I was shocked reading the reviews on the amount of money people paid for items they never got wondering how in the hell this **** bag outfit can keep doing biz. Their website is deceiving as they look so 'legit'. I've bought a lot of stuff from various outfits without any problems and lulled me into a complacent state...a wake up call to be wary.

There's not one that I know of....but generally posts like this go into the General forum.

yes, thought there was a section for this kind of stuff and didn't find so took a guess on topic matter. Hope scam places get a clue about their ripping off people making this known..

I'll repost this in the general forum and make a special note about the fact they've still not responded. I think when you get ripped off and make every attempt to resolve it diplomatically with zero response, it's time to let potential buyers know what they might be in for and to send a message to the outfit that their scumbag antics has a shelf life..

Auto Truck Toys is a POS outfit operating under 'Revel Enterprises'. My case was closed obtaining a refund but not from this outfit far as I know and if not, hope this scumbag place will pay up. This sorta **** just drives up the costs for the rest of us.
