So what is your engine-trans-rear combo recipe for turning middle 10s in this beautiful ride?

Out of the box Indy EZ heads, Edelbrock Victor intake, 1050 Dominator
Custom Robert Landy solid flat tappet,
roughly .600 lift with 1.6 Crane Gold rockers
CPPA 2-inch primaries w/extensions
727 w/transbrake and 5000 ATI converter 30x9R Hoosiers, full Caltracs set up.
8 3/4, spool 4.56 ratio, race weight - 3650 lbs
Best to date - 10.58 @ 125 / 1.45 60ft @ 2100 ft

. . . but the engine expired a couple years ago, building a new one.

Nice, what were optimal shift points for this combo? Are you going to use the custom cam again in your new combo?

Nice.

Matched set in black.

Cool!

I shifted it @ 7000 rpm. Yes I'm going with a custom solid roller this time, but much bigger.

My 67 GTX.
4SPD, Dana.
Please excuse that it is very ratty right now, wearing some Belvedere parts and a 69 GTX emblem. It's gonna need wheel lips, lower quarters, and at least one floor pan.
It was my Uncle's car. I used to play in it as a child and it's the car that got me into Mopars. I've wanted it to be mine for 40 years. I can't wait to get it home and get started. I had to sell one of my Dusters to make room for it.
