Well the charger is back in the garage ready for some work! No BS I'm getting something done on this car . Migs car is getting close I need to catch up !

Cut the rusted parking brake area out made a plate welded it back in !
Set up the rotisserie found out it was not all ready set up for a b body!
Had to modify a bit and added some brackets ! I need to figure out how to mount the rear bars

Any one got a picture of how to hang this beast off the rear? Do I use the bumper holes? Seems kinda weak ? But what's a empty shell 1000# ?

So I found this on Google.

Not sure if I'm 100% sold that's alot of #'s hanging off that panal ! I see it's reinforced on the back what do you guys think ?

Not sure what ur asking.

But if your talking about the plate: if its gusseted and 1/4 plate, that should work. 3/8 plate would no doubt be stronger. I'd go to the wall thickness of the tubing and just match the thickness there.

Sorry meant the panal on the car itself where they have this rotisserie bolted to!

So made a bit of room in my garage today ! Made the brackets up for the rear section for the rotisserie! (Ran out of gas) so tomorrow I'm getting my tank filled and finishing my gussets! Then I'm pulling the rear and k frame out and sending the charger in the air!

So the charger is officially in the air all 4 corners!
Pulled the leafs and rear out started getting k frame out but my garage time got cut short yet again .
I was çoncerned about how it would spin figured it would be hard ! Well fairly easy I must say ! The fun will get to start soon

Well for those that have been waiting the dustless blaster was finally hired and he showed up today!!!!

So we ran out of time today,he has to. Come back tomorrow night or Saturday to finish up the doors ,hood and fenders !
I'm a little scared of what the doors might be hiding. We will find out soon !

Trust me - been there, done that.
Years from now you'll still find sand coming out of the nooks and crannies.......
But it's well worth it - it looks great!

So much sand!
My driveway looks like a beach I got alot out of car going to roll it back out today or tomorrow blow it out really good and prime it

Ok guys I regretfully post this up ! I've tried selling her a few times and tried selling just the shell with out the parts !
No takers do sadly I finally called it after spending a very long time looking the car over and with my current situation I let her go to the great scrap can beyond!
I kept everything that was good witch was basically everything but the shell !
So I will be selling everything off at this time if you need something please ask I would like to get what I spent on the parts back but will take a slight loss if needed!
I have tons of brand new parts sitting here ready to go to there forever homes!
I can no longer do this stuff since my 2 back surgery s it's just very pain full doing the least bit of anything so I'm calling it maybe one day I can play with the big boys once again! But until then I will be without a b body !
I still however have my 64 chry 300 convertible witch will stay with me till the bitter end !
Please if you need parts help me out before buying from the catalog it's literally the same stuff just been sitting on my shelf instead of classic industry s shelf
