Rear window trim question?

Can any one give me any tips on how to remove the chrome window trim from the rear window on my 66 charger?

You need to use a trim tool

They’re using a standard window molding removal tool. They’re on amazon for around 8 bucks or so.
There is also a tool that use with pretty good success made by Lisle.
You can find it on amazon for about 7 bucks.
Look for Lisle 35200.

A tip for someone who’s never removed these moldings before...they bend REALLY REALLY EASILY.
Take your time. Go easy. It’s much more art and feel than textbook instruction. Get a good feel for whatever tool you’re using. And put a piece of thin cardboard between the tool and your glass.

I have the lisle 35200 tool, I can't seem to feel the retainers with the tool One side of the trim lifts up, the other is tight. This car has been worked on numerous times so it may not even have clips. Thanks for the response, I'll be care full!

IIRC those rear clips don't have a little curve in them like a windshield clip does for a tool to slip into.
What I'm trying to say is I don't think they ever intended for the rear glass to come out.
It's a tight fit. I took measurements for future reference to find them if necessary.
