So I started a pissing contest for people with no real content to post. Apparently I stepped on the toes of a few scrappers that frequently sell parts to justify a hobby.

no,what you did was insult most of us joe blows while trying to make yourself look good and make it seem like feedback is useless and not important and you were WRONG.
hence the replies.
and,had you actually Read the replies,
you would have discovered that This scrapper doesnt sell parts here anymore.
so,your reply and your reasoning is quite flawed.

btw,i have to ask...do you consider yourself to be a better person than myself merely because im a scrapper?
because thats how your post translates.

At what point is it called a business according to the IRS? Generally, if you make a profit 3 out the first 5 years you are considered having a business. If you part out a car and spend the next 4 or 5 months selling what you don't need, does that construe having a business? Fed tax laws say anything you make over 600 bucks in a year you need to pay taxes on it. I still have a few parts left over from a race car I bought many years ago and still haven't recouped the money I spent on the car in the first place. My CPA just looks at me and doesn't say much when I tell him that and I know exactly what that look means lol. Guess some might call me a frequent seller based on feedback but I dang sure ain't making a living (for sure can't live on it) but the added shot in the arm doesn't hurt. The IRS pretty much only looks at the bottom line so be careful how much 'extra' money you make in a year or keep really good records so you can justify how much money is coming into your PayPal account.

Not a vendor why would I want feed back. It would not be like I would continually be selling parts. The people that do it need to quite fooling themselves and get a business license and become legit.
I gave you the dreaded Red X because your statement is not at all in good faith. No one needs to have a Business License here in order to sell to this community of MOPAR Brethren and Sisters. It shows that we appreciate just the every day member that is selling and trading among ourselves. I shows appreciation for a well done transaction between individuals. And then if the deal goes sour, it is appropriate to share that with others. I for one appreciate it when I get a good feedback that my business dealings were fair, proper, and fit the needs of the buyer's I have worked with. It enhances that relationship between us the an individual doing a great job, deserves recognition. But if you also feel less inclined to utilize that in both directions, then I guess it is upon you. Just sayin' is all and no disrespect meant...cr8crshr/Bill:usflag::usflag::usflag:

The government wants you to report garage sales money! I bought it and paid taxes then, used it, and need it gone and they want their share again. I've been to the dance with the IRS, so to speak. It's the slow dance and then they do the reach around and give it to you!!! No thanks. I see nothing and know nothing......
