"Liability - In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and spectators, by execution of the entry form and/or purchase of event tickets, release and discharge Mopar Nationals, Inc., their agents, representatives and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the Mopar Nationals event from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, loses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property. All participants are required to have insurance for their person/property. Entrants agree that participation in any games or activities will be limited to vehicles, which have passed a vehicle inspection as deemed by Mopar Nationals, Inc."

Liability/Security: Show management provides overnight security service for surveillance of the general premises. If products are not securely fastened to the display, they should be removed from the exhibit when it is not occupied. In no way is The Nationals, Inc., NTR, or anyone associated with the production of the Nationals event, liable for loss or damage to the person or property of any vendor. This includes weather, acts of god, etc., Vendors are required to have insurance for their person/property. "
