fresh air cable

1968 Coronet with a 1969 hood and Ramcharger fresh air ducting. Can someone show me where the operating cable goes through the firewall and where the knob goes under the dash?

i didn't know it was hand operated, my 71 ramcharger hood is Vacuum operated

This is a 70, should be the same.
Knob goes just to the right of the steering column.
