Was the original black liner felt, or mohair?

Mine, on the driver's side, is now in a wad.:BangHead:

Didn't redo either of the rear channels, since they looked fair. Gonna pay for that one.

not sure about the earlier ones but the later ones were felt on a clear plastic shell

The glass channel liner for the early B-Body applications is a material that closely resembles the velcro material. Depending upon the application, it will take two different widths. You can possibly find it at a upholstery that does older cars or the vendors who carry an assortment of restoration supplies.

On my '62 I had found some on ebay. Again, Joe Suchy should fix you up.

Mine measured 2 1/4 inches wide. I found material twice as wide and cut it to width.

Black 3M Super Weatherstrip adhesive and clamped it in place with a piece of wood.

Thanks for the pics, KK. Saw your post the other day.
I have a few other parts, I need from Joe, so I'll see if he has some liner.

Appreciate it, guys! Probably need a good, swift kick for not doing it the first time!!
