Any good source for 1966-67 windshields? Called s company, and they don't touch classic cars

Willing to buy a used one close to Minnesota

Thanks!

Pilkington has them. DW671. I ordered two on Thursday from the Columbus OH service center. Call around and find an auto glass dealer who handles pilkington. If you can’t find one, PM me and I’ll see if they can drop ship you one.

I have a commercial glass company in WV. We still have access to auto glass even though we don’t install anymore.

There is a local car dealer in my town that also does windshields/glass and they can get a new 67 Charger windshield for about 300 plus install. If you do not have any luck there, I can check with them what their source is.

66-67 Coronet/Charger/Belvedere - same.
Got mine a few years back from PPG

I only have the back windshields, and the side windows, no front glass. let me know if you need one of those.

Much of the cheaper imported glass is thinner than the OEM glass which will end up with a issue with the glass sealing to the gasket. The AMD, Pinkerington, LOF glass is thicker and fills the gasket properly. May be a couple bucks more money, but less issues down the road.

Awesome, good to know, thanks!

I used Metropartsmarkets glass for both a back glass and windshield for my 67 restoration. Very nice glass, high quality and fit perfectly with the factory seals. They also offer tinted for AC cars...

I've got a Pinkerington windshield --- can't think of a thing to complain about.

Has anyone put one of these windshields and In a 66/ 67 charger? I'm having trouble finding any company that wants to even touch an old car. The car has been sitting for 20 plus years so there might be some problems you run into.

I'm toying with the idea of doing it myself, is it super hard getting the old glue and gasket out of there? I know there's tons of videos how to do it but I don't want to run into anything funky that I can't fix

I also don't want to pay someone a bunch of money that's never done an older car and have them mess it up anyway
