Poly 318 cam Q's

Aloha, My uncle wants to put his Poly 318 in he 36 Ply. We trying to find out what cam to use ? He will be using 2x4 intake with two 500 cfm carbs ! Probably, be running a twin turbo setup ! with @ a few lbs. of boost or whatever it can handle ! Mostly for Show but with a little Go ! Any help would be great, C
P.S. Probably a 727 auto but he might use a Dakota 5speed ? 3.55 or 3.91 rear gear !
