Anyone know what the size is for the roll pin for column shift steering column is? Gonna try to find it at a hardawre store unless someone wants to part with one($$) or know of a source.

Thanks

More likely to find the right size at a nut and bolt supply. Hardware stores have very limited amounts of that sort of stuff.

I think the one on my 66 is 5/16's x 1 1/4 long but my batting average has really been sucking lately. You should be able to measure the hole and then get 2 or 3 different sizes from Fastenal to make sure. They ain't very expensive......

5/16x1 1/4 is the pin at the coupler.. I think he's asking about the one for the shift lever.... Probably 3/16x1"

The one that Marpar posted

Well then column shift/floor shift or three on the tree it doesn’t matter
5/16x1 1/4 is correct
When you mentioned column shift I thought you might be asking about the pin in the shifter

My bad. The one going to coupling
