HI,
I am trying to finish my late husband's dream restoration of his 1969 Charger RT, We are so close to being done, but cannot locate an AC Discharge Assembly. For some reason it was cut off the car we are restoring....I have attached pics of a another car with what I am looking for... I believe a 69 Coronet RT uses the same part. I also added a pic of our project...the engine and the car....numbers matching with lots of documentation..all in progress but getting close!
I am hoping one of you guys can direct me to it!

Sorry to hear of your loss
good to see you're fulfilling his dream

welcome to FBBO, from NorCal Sierras

maybe; you could also post this question in the General discussion
or one the year & car specific forums
you may get more responses

this is just the welcome wagon
not really a Q&A or tech section
it's for getting to know each other, share a few photos etc.
there's nowhere near as many viewer in this area either

maybe try,
http://www.MegaPartsUSA.com
they may have it

good luck

Sorry to hear of your husbands passing, thank you for honoring him by finishing the car..

FWIW that line is the same for all 69 big block B bodies.. 383 or 440, Dodge or Plymouth... still not an easy part but that does open up the search some...

68 and 70 unfortunately are different... You’d think it would be the same but no....

I don’t have one & haven’t for years... you might try Turners Auto Wrecking in Fresno, they still have a good amount of vintage...

Btw I’m sure you know it but the wrecking yard probably won’t know what the line looks like so your photo will help... But you need to get them to look at it... Often they find it easier to just say we don’t have it...

Welcome from the show my state!! Sorry for your loss, you came to the right place. Get ready for knowledge overload!!

First off welcome and like everyone else sorry for your loss. It's great seeing you tackle the finishing touches. He will guide you through it. He may have a note book around that has parts to get list and who get it from. Just a thought good luck and keep us all posted.

Welcome to the forum!

So sorry to hear about your loss.........

Our resident and wonderful parts dealer below may be able to help you out, he will chime in.....I have purchased many parts from him, they are top notch!

@Moparparts

That's gonna be a toughie to find. As noted, 68, 69, and 70 all different. When I restored my daughters 69 R/T one of the A/C pressure lines leaked. There are vendors that will repair existing lines, but AFAIK don't carry stock type replacements. Might be worth giving them a try anyway...they might have a lead on one. Also post in the wanted section of moparts.com and dodgecharger.com. Good luck!

Along with everyone else, my condolences. I am the 180 degree opposite of you. The wife passed away & I have neglected the car since then. Unlike you, I don’t think I will ever even seriously start on it . So, it’s for sale. I wish you well & agree he is smiling about the decision.

Sorry and Welcome. You came to the right place.

BeepBeepRR.
The listing for amsnos.com has quite an inventory of NOS Mopar parts. The listing is for in memory of Frank Mitchell....was this the business of the late Frank Mitchell of FMMPAR ....Frank Mitchell Motor Parts???? I didn't know he had passed. How does one get in contact with the person representing the business? Are Mopar part numbers need to transact business? What method of payment is accepted? What are the hours of business? Do they ship or is pick up OK? What a treasure trove of MOPAR stuff....its worth a trip to see.
Please advise at your convenience or best way to proceed. Thanks in advance for your help.
BTW....my virus software says the address listed is comprised.....

Sorry for your loss, but Welcome aboard from Ohio.

@Mopartyon :
My condolences on your loss and my admiration for continuing your husbands' quest.
:welcome: from the foothills of NE Tennessee!!

Bob-
Frank Mitchell's longtime eBay account (fmmpar) is still very much active, so somebody has carried on
the business:

Frank Mitchell passed on in April 2014 and everything was purchased by Mike....Mike is a great gent and his team are very knoweldgable and helpful......

On the website is a "contact" tab, lol....It's that easy.....They are open Monday through Friday during the day......Order or walk in....They can search their database for anything......

When Frank owned the bus..I visited that place a few times....a massive amount of parts......

Probably better off calling them. The site just says not secure. Which means they need to update their certificates.. Doesn't mean its bogus. Here is the info so you dont have to get on the site if you don't trust it.
