Re-installed the wheel arch moldings. I bought new ones but when I pulled them out of the box I noticed each one only had 2 holes at the top pre-drilled for mounting leaving me to drill the rest. I cleaned up the old ones and re-installed them, instead.

I always forget to take pictures but the tops of my door panels were black from sun fading. Should be gold. I found some Rustoleim gold metallic paint that I used to pain my steering wheel and it matches dam near perfect. You have to be standing right over it to notice. So I am happy.

Today, I had to change the camshaft position sensor in the '04 Neon R/T. I'd love to meet the engineer who designed that sensor to have metal pipes directly in line with the bolts. What a PITA.

I also played with the idle mixture screws on the Edelbrock in the '71 Charger. I found it funny that Edelbrock's instructions expressly stated to adjust the idle mixture with the air cleaner on. However, I don't have that kind of dexterity. I tried a shortcut of hooking up a vacuum gauge and adjusting them for maximum idle vacuum. At about half a turn out on each, I got a maximum vacuum reading of 16.5 inches and called it good.

Serious......freakin 727 is tall!
I didnt like it way way up on jack stands....scary.
Felt VERY safe on the wheel blocks though....

I had to get it off the jack and onto the floor. Then slide it sideways with the bell housing coming through behind the front wheel. That's a high clearance spot.
