Well sold my ride

  • Only sold 3 vehicles in my life that I was happy to see gone. One was a 75 Pacer that came with my first wife then an 85 Mitsubishi Tredia Turbo that was way upside down on a lease (at least it ran good) that came with my 2nd wife and just recently a 98 Creep TJ that I got for free but not really. The old owner (X's brother) stayed with us for 39 months virtually rent free. Almost everything else....should have kept! Also bought a house without a garage and had two storage buildings packed full with cars and parts in them plus my old house hadn't sold yet when we moved into the new place but it sold shortly after which was a blessing! 4 months later the shop was up enough to get rid of the storage buildings..

I'm sort of curious
what did the 68 Satellite sell for ?

cool deal

hope you got what you wanted for it

it's hard sometimes seeing them leave

usually a good reason to sell in the 1st place

I always have some sort of sellers remorse "years latter"

it's that Nostalgia deal I think, remembering the good
& not the bad or why you sold to begin with

good luck with your new place
build a nice man cave & get a nice car to fill it :poke:
You right, been there!

No one lived in his cars, no doubt for me between my home or my mopar, home win every time, is for idiots to prefer a big car instead of a beautiful house, is thought but something else will come in time, keep looking and never lose faith.

I toyed with selling a couple of times. I put it on market place for quick sell at 9500.00. I took 9200.00 But I needed cash in hand. Flipper is in tenn. with car this weekend. So it is what it is. Next car I would like a coronet. I still have toys (Race cars) so I'm not all lost lol

I would like a coronet.

Which one, a 440 or R/T? Please be more specific. I just remembered I saw one for sale at a car show I went to recently in Michigan. I got pictures and a phone number if you're interested. It's a 440 with an R/T grille. It's an orange 2 door post with a black bench interior. The right wheel well is starting to bubble, but it's not serious yet where it needs to be done. Just say it's noticeable but not that noticeable. Let me know if you want me to PM you pictures or "info", and you be the judge.
