Just installed new resto battery second time this year I have the car out after surgery

Been having a problem with noises from my 8.75 that I put back in my Satellite. Before I put it in new brake shoes and repacked axle bearings. 99% sure it's brake related. Get a swish swish like shoes dragging. Had chineseium brake drums on it so switched to my fresh cut original drums. Was some improvement didn't expect it to go away. While I was adjusting brakes noticed backing plate VERY close to drum at 5 o'clock on passenger side looking at it from under car. Also looking at my new shoes the lead shoe at the top is longer than old ones. Think part of the problem is that the noise may have caused me not to adjust shoes properly. Going to put fresh shoes on and see if lead shoe material is the same as the shoe that were on before the ones on there now. Going to see if I can shift backing plate so it's not as close to drum. No pics but will take some. The pisser is there aren't any obvious rub marks any place. Rear was out of the car kicking around for 30+ years when I had a Dana in the car. Tweeked a backing plate?

All the time or just when cornering? To much end play in the wheel bearings will make some unmistakable noises, especially when cornering. Just a thought...

Bought new front door armrest pads in white for my 65.

I had reassembled the front lights, grill, and valance. So, today, I took the Charger out of the driveway for the first time in almost 2 years as I still have at least 2 months before it goes to paint. Got tired of just looking at it. Very noisy with no interior and parts stacked in the back, but it was good to drive it again.

I registered two cars, for five years each, here in Arizona for less than one year in california. WAY less!
Two cars retitled, 5year registration, plates and titles in hand, new drivers license, out the door in under a half hour.
Last trip to the cali dmv... 3 hour wait, huge bill, no resolve.
Ask me if i like Arizona.

Installed my new rear window plastic trim and rear deck cover.

Thanks @dadsbee for the idea of using the Plymouth trim after the rear window has been installed. Saved me a lot of time and trouble.

Have a great day, dad! Post up some pics of the festivities.
