Just waking up drinking coffee, what you doing?

Drtnking it as we speak full strength. Just FYI My SIL has crones and coffee bothers him this does not. No idea why.
 
Almost midnight here....having a cuppa...and watching the All Blacks give the South Africans a lesson in how rugby is played. :D
 
Morning boys , just finished a cup going to get my friends boat for him at the lake and take it to storage for him .

For Instant...I prefer Moccona freeze dried gold blend #5...it heft mere mmmmm....


We also have other local brands...for Barista made, I like the local BP Connect Wild bean cafe service.


I cannot stand drinking coffee which has been sitting in a pot 'brewing' for what could be hours on end...and refiled by monkeys.

Coffee and a bagel.. going to orthopedic surgeon this morning to get my knee looked at.. I'm told it's the meniscus, nothing in x-ray, so may have to go for MRI, but I'll see what the doc says..hopefully a shot of cortisone or something. Crazy painful two weeks ago, somewhat better now.
 
Here’s how my day started, 1 coffee, started work at 7, blew my back out at 7:20, banzai run to chiropractor at 9:30 ( had a miserable 45 min drive there) pussy footed around the rest of the day with severe back spasms. Oh the Mondays!!!

Thanks.. He hit me with the cortisone and put one of those elastic sleeves on it. The shot helped and it's somewhat better already.. it could last a day, week, month, very unpredictable. See him in 6 weeks. No coffee tonight, couple of glasses of wine though.:)

Try some white flower on it my wife has many back issues gives relief USUALLY

Going to VA hospital ..My cousin Sam is having a cancerous kidney removed today. Nam vet, father of four, grandfather of seven and a great cousin, friend, a guy I could, and did share everything with. We lived 10 houses apart for our first 18 years. Send a prayer his way, he's earned it. thanks.
 
In my thoughts today! Tell you what the VA has a bad rep. I use them all the time (25 years retired) The doctors and nurses are fantastic and really care about you. The issue is the paper pushers there.
 
I agree with that for the Buffalo N.Y. VA.. They have taken very good care of him with some very good cancer medication, like chemo pills which I never heard of and he responded very well.. Operation was a success and it looks very promising at this point.. Thank God our prayers were answered. This is a good man.
