I'm building a 70 R/T Charger to be setup with a 440 and 8-71 SC. Its currently dropped in the car, but, as of now I am clueless on the direction I need to go from here. Looking to run a FiTech 2x4 (1200hp) setup. Although I'm thinking I'd be closer to around 800 HP, I'd rather have more than what I need than not enough.

As for the guidance I'm needing for the fuel aspect, what would you recommend I run for the pump? I'd prefer an in tank setup, as I am trying to keep this looking relatively stock (short of the blower). I'm not seeing a lot of high LPH pumps that are in tank however. I don't want to run a fuel cell if possible. Thanks for the input in advance!

Check out aeromotive for the pump
Any idea on which pump would best suit the build? I fully understand the concept of "buy once, cry once", but not wanting to get something that isn't fully what I'm needing.

Walbro Hellcat 525LPH pump:

Just noticed they even have a newer, 535 LPH pump:

These would pull too much current to run direct from the FiTech (15-Amp Max), so need to put them on a relay.

From the photo of the dual 4-bbl setup, it looks like each TB has its own regulator, so the stock regulators should be fine.
I tested my single FiTech 1200 PA with a Walbro 450 LPH pump, and did not have any issue with the regulator.

FWIW, I'm using the K&N 81-1000 Fuel filter, 25 micron stainless mesh, so the pump and filter are both good for gas or E-85 if you go that route.

800 hp will use roughly 400 lbs/hour of fuel which is 70 gallons per hour or 280 liters per hour. You can buy a new tank with a 340 liter per hour internal pump from Tanks Inc.

I wouldn't recommend the FiTech, use the Holley Dual Sniper instead.

Have you checked out tanksinc.com? They have efi ready tanks and offer different fuel pumps capable of supporting up to 1000hp
