What strange foods do you eat that others don't understand??

Anyone ever eat ballut? Incubated duck eggs that have only been in a few days so they are partially formed. A delicacy in Asia. A little salt and pepper and I love to drink the embryonic fluid. Then the rest goes down the hatch as well. What do you think....?
Yup, ate it several times. Not that bad but not something I crave like my Filipino friends.

Fresh (uncooked) prime filet mignon, ground fine with some wheat bulgur and a little spice.

I heard that Ford guys like smoked sausage smothered in underwear.

Chicken Ghetto Stew....

You take the 2nd day oven roasted chicken leftovers from that $5.99 bird, and every can of crazy vegetable in the cupboard that you never eat, hopefully a can of those round boiled potatoes, and throw it all in a pan with some cream of something soup. If you don’t have those potatoes, some elbow Mac will do. My family thinks I’m crazy because I eat like a starving teenager in his first trailer park rental, but I love it.

For the record, my grandma would eat instant coffee right from the jar. Said the water made her pee, and the bathroom was either 6 steps up or 7 down! All cowgirl, that was for sure!

I love spicy food if it tastes good. I love food made from tomatoes but can't eat them or drink tomato juice. I love broccoli and cauliflower raw but not cooked
I once had sausage made from muskrat and beaver little greasy but not bad

I made something like that. Wife took one bite and said its pig food. Wonder what she meant by that?

It’s ironic to think that this recipe actually came from a woman, but my wife thinks the same way yours does. Now, I got the recipe from her grandmother, who at Christmas would give us about 10 boxes full of stuff, canned goods, toiletries, crossword puzzles books, “cream of” soups any and all manner of old lady stuff. It got to be that we had all kinds of canned goods in the cupboard, and if we didn’t eat it, my wife would throw it out. Lima beans, those peas and carrots, the boiled potatoes, hearts of palm, all great adds to the stew. The chicken came from having that every other night it seemed. I embraced it, the wife and daughter....not so much! But, my son loves it too....!!

Crunchy peanut butter & mild gouda cheese on toasted rye.
My gf likes a breakfast sausage & pickle wrapped in a pancake.
French fries & gravy topped with creamy coleslaw
Egg salad and fried ham on toasted rye
I love 'patis' on my white rice. Patis is asian fish sauce.

Cosgig my wife's comment: Men! Walks away shaking her head

They just don’t understand men, that’s all there is to it! We’re pretty easy to figure out....a little lovin’ and some CGS, and we’d buy em just about anything!

Not sure it's been mentioned or not

I use to buy chicken hearts, livers & gizzards
fry them up, yummie

my mom used to do it, I really liked them:D

most my family didn't

The pb and egg salad combos sound good, actually! My german side loves rye!
The rice combo is similar to my ramen prep..if you like Worcestershire sauce, you'll likely like fish sauce.
Never could get into the gravy on fries (seems to be a Canada thing), haven't found a coleslaw I care for yet, though I keep trying.
