First, ship car to biomedtechguy. Then fly to New Orleans, Uber to meet Steve, pickup car. Nice digs in a beautiful part of the Country! Eat at hole in wall in Slidell. Good food. Gas for 2.19! Cruisin the Coast all week. Based at the Hampton, Biloxi.

That's awesome. Couldn't ask for a better person to cruise the coast with than Steve. I'm looking forward to seeing all of the great pictures.
 
Meeting Linda and Dennis was great. His Coronet R/T is really cool. Edelbrock direct port injection EFI system fired right up, and idled and ran great, and I'm sure the variables between Cali and my part of the swamp are night and day.
I'm finally getting excited about the week ahead. Lots of pix to follow!
 
For those who don't know, the purple Mohawk is to mimic the Roadrunner's head feathers, and as New Orleans is my home town, Mardi Gras is in my blood.
Next week, shave it all off and start growing it again for the next time.

I would like to meet lots of friends from the forum, but with a few exceptions, like Mopars at the Marina, and the Wednesday night races at Gulfport Dragway, I go along with what "Mrs Bio" wants to do for CtC. Experience has been a great teacher, and she tends to want to be the center of my attention...
To be fair, we both work a lot during the year, so on our 1 vacation, I have to go along with what she wants to do. Now I'm not saying that 19 years hasn't taught me how to make her think something I want to do was her idea...

2017. I met ScottieD and he's a great guy.
He did a feature on me and my Roadrunner.
Anyway, even a pro like Scottie has a hard time conveying the MAGNITUDE of the week of Cruisin the Coast!
 
I have met both you guys and wish I could be there for the cruise. I moved from Oregon to southern New Mexico so it is about halfway. Alas the Runner is still up in the PNW waiting on some new paint. Maybe next year, have fun and let Steve turn you on to some Boudin.
 
I'm living vicariously through you guys! Hope to see lots of pictures!

I can't wait until I do some serious driving next year!

You HAVE to make time!
Here are a few of my favorite events that maybe you can try to make.
Thursday morning at Long Beach Marina, Mopars at the Marina.
Saturday the 12th, Bay St. Louis. 8am until late afternoon.
Wednesday night at Gulfport Dragway.
Wednesday morning Biloxi.
Thursday morning to late afternoon Pass Christian.
Just about any time at Edgewater Mall.
