For my '65 Dodge Coronet sedan.
Anyone know where to get a drivers side rear view door mirror that actually mount on the A-pillar some how or any where else except the doors?
I don't want to mount on my doors being that they are of a special breed and came with no mirrors in the first place. thank you. Perhaps some of you have ideas. Big city driving blues.LOL.

These hang from the drip rail. but if you forget to lower your door glass.. whoops..

For my 65, I've looked at the "peep mirrors" like hot rod guys use and like the one above. I have found that there is not enough of a flange on the door or A-pillar for the clamp to hold. The mirror will easily fall off.

'65. So which one have you landed with?
I mean, I can possibly make something that mounts on the interior part of the wing window post so as to not touch the door at all. Wing window posts are replaceable.

I have not found a mirror that works (without drilling holes), so I don't have a side mirror. Just lots of shoulder checks.

I saw one that attaches to the roll bar, little round one. I'll have to find it and maybe it's time for me to have one on the side as well!
