Monster. A great song from a great band.... Who did you listen to back in the day?

After watching them on Ed Sullivan show Feb 9, 1964... The Beatles... And then, everyone else afterward.. from Abba to Zeppelin, from Sinatra to Sabbath.

Pretty much anything performed by talented humans on real musical instruments
or their own voices (unaltered by computer program "tuners").
In particular, it's gotta have a groove and the harder it rocks, the better.

Steppenwolf was good, Hendrix, Zeppelin, Aerosmith (before they went pop), Nugent, ZZ Top, Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker, Eagles...to name a few off the top of my head

Beatles to Doobie Brothers and almost everything else that was good old rock from the early 60's to the mid 70's. The one song that touched me emotionally was 'Reflections of my Life' by Marmalade in 1969.

AC/DC, Kiss, Rossington Collins Band, Moly Hatchet
Frampton, Dire Straights, Deff Leopard, Rush, Tesla,
Beach Boys, Jan & Dean, Dick Dale loved surf music as a kid
Elvis, Clapton, Cream, Buffalo Springfield,
Temptations, Supremes, Marvin Gay, Otis Redding, lots of Motown artists
an era of great music, even before my time,
Class of 77' baby

Forgot about Molly Hatchet, I loved those guys! I heard they were still around but couldn't be the same after Danny Joe Brown died.

JOHN KAY!
"America...where are you now?
Don't you care about your sons and daughters?
Don't you know, we need you now?
We can't fight alone against the Monster!"

"Once the religious, the hunted and brave...came to this Country to start a new.."

Yeah, that is from memory!
Steppenwolf!

How about: earsplittenloundenboomer?

This is the only Monster I'm aware of!
