I'm looking for pictures of cars with tilt front ends.

I have a 68 Road Runner that I'm installing a fiberglass front end on and would love to see some close up pics of the hinge systems everyone has created out there!

Thanks in advance!

Humm, I don't know of anyone who has created a tilt front end for these cars. I don't think many do, or care to do this to these cars, I may be wrong, but I sure won't to mine.

When a lady runs a red light and turns in front of you - and wipes out your whole front end - you might at least consider it like I did in 1992 when inner fenders and other body parts weren't available like today... :D
I'm just now getting back to working on it and getting back on the road again.

Wow, there are lots more than I ever imagined! Cool! Makes sense as parts; fenders etc were not available 10+ yrs ago! And, welcome aboard!

My how time flies! Life got in the way - again! - and here we are 10 years later! I'm back on the road runner this winter with hopefully more progress than the past 119 months!

Has anyone seen any great tilt front ends pop up over the years? I still haven't mastered the exact way I want mine to tilt - and if I can't figure it out, I'm toying with the idea of scraping the idea and redoing the front with sheetmetal.

Thanks for any inputs!

Ron

I think now a days it's easier just to make a glass front clip removable. More room to work. Less complicated.
