New project

I could have framed that in 3 days by myself because I am a baller, a shot caller, I earn my dollar and make chicks holler.
Since your not working fly to RC's place and show'em how it's done. RC could charge admission, I'd drive up to watch.

Does RC have a dirty side?

I'm............

Well, here's today's progress. The steel beam & left side triangle roof trusses are up & the right side will probably all be up by sundown. The 3rd member of the roof framing is the gambrel trusses which will then sit in the notch in the tops of the triangle trusses. ALSO, The propane tank was set in and the underground piping completed. :bananadance:

No Kerndog in sight, he'd have the roof started. Looks good, you moving the stuff lift and compressor from the horsee barn to this garage? I made my garage one Lincoln Town car larger, sent it to the Car happy hunting ground.

While Kern Dog is sleeping in, this framing crew are busy bees!

I have garage envy every time one of you posts about a garage big enough to house more than one car and work on it inside. I had to work on the El Camino on the driveway under the carport and keep Uncle Bill's Cuda at my daughter's house 30 miles away.

Looks like it's coming right along. It's fun to watch others build their garage mahals. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the kind words. Trust me, I was there too. When I was young & single, I'd park my car in my parent's (barely) one car garage and work on it in the driveway. When we got married, our first house had a one car garage that was only slightly larger than my parent's. In those early days, when I owned two cars, I had to park one elsewhere.

Did you go with a vent cap, turbine fans, electric fans? If not, how are you going to vent the attic air?

sweet deal......I love(d) building and improving the shop.... working in it, not so much
