lmk if you find anything out.
my way,id just swing by the state troopers barracks and ask one of them to run the vin.
they cannot and will not give you the owners info but they will tell you if the cars reggied in ny state.

Haha I had no idea it said all locations. Its changed now. Sorry about the mix up. Computers are not my thing haha. I cant thank you enough for doing that for me. Its greatly appreciated and I definitely owe you one.

going to dmv tomm again,i reggied 3 vehicles today and forgot to bring your vin/Doh
but i have a 4th vehicle to reggie tomm.
will make Sure to run it then and if she wont,then ill try the staties again.
