I don't think I have any real phobias
I use to fear waking up with a fat &/or fat & ugly chick (repulsive),
beer goggles effects
after bringing someone home after drinking too much,
in my youth, younger much dumber days
thankfully never happened
When I 1st started racing my altered, it was an Omni bodied F/C
1st couple times when it was fired up at the track, closed down
I had bad 'premonitions'
(day dreams more or less, maybe some claustrophobia, I didn't think I had any)
of burning alive in the car
I never had any issues when firing it up at home, closed in etc.
I wouldn't call it a phobia, more of a concern
But;
I didn't temp fate, I figured a 'fast altered', open car
would be better than a 'slower F/C anyway'
I still ended up racing a F/C later too
I am a motion junky, figured I'd probably die in a car or bike or skiing etc.
so far so good, lived thru some serious ****, pretty much unscathed
again it's not a phobia
it's just stuff you think about, concerns/thought forced into my head
from Negative Nancy naysayers, about me having fun constantly
when they stayed home & were trapped in something of their own accord
instead of being with the right person, that supported them
& their hobbies or careers
again not a real phobia
getting stomped by a stallion, that nearly happened a few times
Lisa (RIP) had a couple really lively barrel racers & reining/cutting horses that were
a 'tad bit high strung'
again not a phobia
getting gored by a bull
by all the Negative Nancy naysayers warning me
(they were all clueless, no nothings)
I had Charolais bull for a time, he was actually like a huge puppy with me
I could actually walk him on a leash easily, he'd do just fine
when he was sold at auction, I was heartbroken
(
sad & sellers remorse, but it was best for him, he outgrew his environment,
he was going to be breading stock, they didn't care if he was crazy or wild,
they actually wanted it for rodeo breeding purposes)
he gave them a hell of a fight when I turned him over
he didn't like anyone else, for some reason, he hated women
new owner was a woman too
he liked the vet too, strange big guy
real concerns, is dying alone,
having a massive coronary/stroke or something
(I'm healthy, but it's stuff you think about after 60)
& nobody to find me for days
or my dog/animals starving, going without water etc.
again It's not really a phobia,
just a real life concern
(part of the reason I have my dad living with me today,
I was 'seriously concerned', that would happen to him too)
