New here with a 66

On the plus side , the light wiring on these cars usually has not been messed with and the research has been done about what makes them tick.
If neither light rotates it probably is a relay or hopefully not both motors.

Nice Charger. I sold my A body a few weeks ago. Going on the weekend to look at a car similar to yours. Hopefully it checks out as well as yours did.

The trunk medallion is blue as well. I guess I haven't seen the conversation on that yet lol

Yes it was a real shame, especially since we pulled out the certicard and found that the car started life in Tucson Arizona.
 
Welcome, nice find! If you need help with the gauges, EL powerpack issues and the tach sending unit, I would be happy to help. Check out the Gauge Doc...:) Congrats again, finding a first gen with no with no rust is not an easy task! Also, my friend Topher McGinnis is the resident expert on headlight motor and associated component issues...
