Power source for classic auto air?

Hi looking for some input on what power wire some of you have used for the power source for classic auto air on a 69 bbody. Is says 12v source, i'm guessing you would not use the original heater wire from the under dash harness?
 
Just make sure the amperage draw isn't way higher than the standard blower motor for the original setup. Not sure about the draw or function/use, but it may need to be up'd in size depending.

I installed a relay panel under the dash. You can run a single power lead into the dash area.
 
ok, the system ask for a 20 amp fuse, i guess the aux slot should be fine

The vintage air kit I used had a power line with circuit breaker in it that attaches to the battery?
 
Attach the wire to the spade on the backside of the fuse box that originally supplied power to the heater.

I found The black wire with a white stripe in the harness that he the heater wire, I guess I could put a spade connector on my a/c wire and plug it in the the factory heater wire source, it still ends up going to the fuse panel. Same result I guess?
 
I used my heater and A/C fuse (on my 70, second from left). The classic air system is supposed to only draw 20 Amps, so it should be fine. In my case I found that it got very hot. For me, it seems to heat up on the bottom of the fuse connection. I think I may have a poor connection there that may be a specific problem on my car - not sure as I have not fully diagnosed this yet.

(My plan is to move this to an alternate power source on a separate fuse panel I have in my car)
