1968 Coronet with a wing.......

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Whomever said disgusting needs some proffesional help.

Good thing I stumbled upon this thread, with this level and amount of haters I am definitely putting a go wing on my 70 RR. As stated, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", however this is America and we (at least for now) have a 1st Amendment so everyone is entitled to their opinion, but as the saying goes "opinions are like A#$holes...." Good thing it was worth everyone's time to get on here to slam someone else's car with absolute conviction. Perhaps bone stock is considered "disgusting" and "horrible" to some. I can say with absolute certainly that Superbirds and Daytona Chargers were considered "ugly" when they were new by the buying public and to be honest, they are not all that ascetically pleasing even now; however they are unique and cool; and the fact that they are worth 6 to 7 figures doesn't hurt their appeal either.

I agree everyone has the right to their opinion. But like the comment above it is a fact that the Daytona and SuperBird were both hated at that time... that rapid transit 70 RR may look ugly to some of you, but it brought well over $300k and I would guess if it were put into production, that like the Winged cars, it too would be highly prized and sought after. Personally I have no desire to put a wing on my 1969 RR, but if I had a 70 and it was factory equipped I would keep it and be totally fine with it.

Completely agree, you don't have to like something to appreciate it. As the wings go, I like the go wing but was never a fan of the gull wing; doesn't mean I would say they "looked like ****" or are "disgusting".

I agree with 70chall440. Surprised at all of the haters on this forum. These people didn't build their cars for u to like or not. They built them their way, because that's how they like them. I added a wing to my 70 Charger, because I like it. I added a rump stripe because I like it. I added dual painted racing mirrors because I like them. And I guess I don't care if u like the additions or not, I did it for me.

Although I agree and don't like it on a '68, how is this any more "disgusting" than a factory installed one on a '70 Bee ? ....

The front end of the '70 Coronet is disgusting & they figured that they might as well balance it off and make the *** end disgusting.

More Go Wing/Home made/Universal bolt-on pieces of SH!tt wing examples.

The last pic of the '67 Barracuda I took in person at a Mopar show. WTF
That proves to me that people will slap a Go Wing on any Mopar. I seen a wing on a station wagon (sorry no pic).
