Wrecked A12 Restomod

Great choice....shooting video near a busy street with all that road noise...
Cool car though.

Is that Dennis as seen on Gas Monkey?

$80,000.00 for the restored numbers matching car then another $45,000.00 to restomod it.

They said it was up for sale on eBay auction. I wonder if it sold and what it went for.

Never liked a car that smacked a pole dead center. You have to wonder how hard the front of the crank was hit.

I know and I did not use the search feature on FBBO before posting. It's still interesting.

I like the story that was told about the owner. Installing nos wasn't a good idea was it? What a shame to have wrecked a decent looking car.

When you're on YouTube there is a pull down window that normally shows the date that it was posted. It's a little triangle that you click on. Also it's where the poster can leave info about their video. You did nothing wrong. Thanks for posting

The car just needs a Pole Kit,that dude was a Chevy monkey, it’s a wonder it didn’t have a chubby motor in it

What an idiot, the previous owner wanted a restomod so he bought a real A12 RR and customized it. With air ride to boot,:wtf::(. That's smart. He was better off with a regular 69 roadrunner for half the price. Then making an A12 clone

I believe it is an A12 Superbee. This car was bought by a guy from Mass, and repaired.

Yeah, after the admonishment I got for wanting to put a triangulated 4 link in my Real V-code, non #s matching drivetrain car (I wound up deciding to go with Caltracs full setup) I am baffled and a little pissed off by someone who would "restomod" A REAL A-12?? :mob:
It definitely would have been better to "clone" an A12 and then do all of the mods along the way...
That must have REALLY SUCKED hitting a pole in that car.
Glad someone rescued it.
