all this reminds me of an import I saw years back, a Toyota I believe with a parachute on the back. I asked the guy what he was planning. are you going to drop it off a cliff?

I agree with 70chall440. Surprised at all of the haters on this forum. These people didn't build their cars for u to like or not. They built them their way, because that's how they like them. I added a wing to my 70 Charger, because I like it. I added a rump stripe because I like it. I added dual painted racing mirrors because I like them. And I guess I don't care if u like the additions or not, I did it for me.

I agree, I like the go wing, painted racing mirrors, on a 70 Charger. I don't think they look right on a 68 or 69 Charger, because they didn't come with them, but if someone adds one to their car,it's their car to do as they please with.

Dam Mr Richard I like my 70 Bee
I like them too,but there was a drawing that was posted on Moparts from Pontiac design studios that showed a circa 1967 schetch that was a dead ringer for the 70 Coronet front end design, with the only difference being a slightly more pronounced Pontiac type beak in between the loop bumpers. I am guessing that this designer ended up at Dodge around the time that the 70 Coronet was designed.

Time was, folks could express their opinions without the snowflake/PC crowd calling them "haters"
and getting all butthurt if they disagreed...
Time was, people could have different tastes in things and could actually discuss and debate a given topic without resorting to name-calling and putdowns....

Lookit, just because I see something and I don't find it particularly attractive doesn't mean I HATE it and it doesn't mean I'm a "hater".
Seriously. Stop that ****.
You're misusing the English language and looking like a pimple-faced emo teenager when you call people that.
It's a sleazy old public debate technique, meant to put the target in an automatically defensive position, an intimidation technique meant to silence your opposition out of fear of being called a "hater".

I lost my taste for spoilers, including Go Wings after a neighbor commented to her husband that they looked like the handles on a grocery cart
(They had 2003 Accord with a spoiler)

Now ever time I see "Go wing" type spoilers on any cars(foreign & domestic) I see a grocery cart

People all have different tastes and I'm ok with that since we all share a common interest - autos

BTW, when working in a Safeway market to pay my way thru college, I was a checker, stocker and occasionally had to bring in grocery carts
