Actually, the one on the left might be a 71? I have one without the raised area that I thought came off a 70....or maybe a 68-69?

The passenger side on the right probably.. the one on the left no, not with a spark plug wire loom holder on it.

Actually the raised covers are 76-78 as the OP shows. I have a 74 B 400 and had 2 75 BB trucks and they had the flat covers.
Have had a few 76-78 BB trucks and they had those raised covers.
Pomonamissel and Dennis H are showing the 70 style. Actually the left one that Pomonamissel shows with the pcv is a late 70-71. Early 70 didn't have that raised circle.
68-69 have a large nipple for a push ON breather cap. 70 went to a rubber grommet for a push IN breather cap.

sorry , thats the covers a c body guy wanted , he said it was his setup on his 70 .
