Holley 4160 accelerator cable

I am in the process of installing a Holley 4160 on my '71 440. So far the accelerator cable is too short. I added some small chain links as a temporary measure (about 1.25 inches). just to have the carb closed. In the current format it only opens about 3/4 throttle. There really is very little adjustment at the cable hold down attached to the intake manifold and the metal shield/guide. I am sure there is a cable that I should be using instead of the one I have. Can anyone shed so light on this situation ?

They sell a Chrysler throttle bracket for Holley. It bolts the the carb and places the throttle stud in the correct location for the cable and throttle pressure linkage.
