Thanks everyone for the welcome and info. I picked up the car today. After a closer look I noticed the fender tag is missing. Is there a way to find out what the options were through the serial #

Unless you find a build sheet in the car, options will be on you. With detailed pictures some of us can tell a lot about it, but not the whole story. The driver's front door post is the VIN # and that would be a good start on identifying if the car is a real 67 Satellite and what engine. It should be RP23H7 for a 67 Satellite 2-door hardtop 383 4-bbl.
 
Are you interested in a list of what I see at present? Others will chime in on things I miss or possibly get wrong.

Yes The car serial# show it’s a 383 car manufactured at the Los Angels plant. So far that’s all I can find. Going to have a closer look at it today

Per the VIN # it is a 67 Satellite 383 2-bbl car.
One bumper has bumper guards and the other does not. Which is correct you can't tell without the build sheet. The taillights and bezels are Belvedere pieces, not Satellite. The car was built without the clock option, it does have the fender mounted turnsingal indicators h7 on a fender tag. More than likely a AM radio, R1. The 4-speed shifter is incorrect for a 67. What the seat is out of I can't say but it is wrong. The GTX gas cap is wrong, but a lot easier to source than an original. Ofcourse the steering wheel is aftermarket. All in all it looks like a solid body and is very restoreable. I hope you have all the Satellite side and wheel well trim, because that makes the Satellite IMO. You need to check for original spot welds on the 4-speed hump to verify that it's a true 4-speed. Not everyone is looking for a total correct restoration so most of my input is going in that direction. There is no way in 67 to verify that the engine is original, but you can look at the cast date on the block too verify a late 66 or 67 block. The rearend chunk will more than likely be a 742 casting or possibly a 741, but I think the 383 cars got the 742. The transmission will have some numbers and that can be looked up also. The appearance of the engine indicates recent freshening, hopefully not just paint. If you have any specific questions just PM me and we can talk.

Thanks Jerry, some good info. I’m not looking to do a concourse restoration, just a daily driver, so not to hung up on incorrect accessories. The engine does look fresh and you can see gasket material here and there so I’m sure it’s not just a spray can rebuild. Next thing to do is get a battery in it and see if it runs. It’s been sitting for ten years. I have to go through all the bright work and hopefully there is nothing missing. It all looks in pretty good shape.

I didn't see a battery tray in the engine bay. Might want to start there. If it hasn't run in 10 years make sure you prime it, turn it by hand, etc.

Yes plan on it. It was used for racing so the battery was relocated to the trunk.
