1963 Plymouth Belvedere 9 passenger wagon

Hello and Welcome to the forum from Connecticut Chip!:welcome:. Nice start to the wagon. Can't wait to see it when it's done. This site is very helpful, so don't be afraid to ask as many questions as you need to. That S/S engine you are describing is gonna be freakin' badass! By chance what motor did the car come with originally?

cool wagon project

welcome to FBBO from NorCal Sierras

Welcome from NY.
No-one else will have one like that.

Welcome to the site. I previously owned a '64 Savoy wagon, a '69 Belvedere wagon, and a '70 Satellite wagon. I currently own a '62 Savoy wagon (440 4-spd.).
In addition to the '62 to '65 forum on this site, also check the '62 to '65 Mopar website, http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/welcome.html for more info.
For parts help, click on "View Current Swap Meet Ads".
They also have a "'62 to '65 Mopar Vendor Listing."
Joe Suchy in Fairburn, GA specializes in '62 to '65 Mopar cars and parts and was a big help with my '62. His contact info. is listed in both sections of the website.

Did you use the 64 and up, I think, b-body Hurst stick?
Got a pic of the shifter you have in the car?
Did you use the floor hump?

I talked to you at the Red Barns show in 2018. The early B wagons were better looking than the sedans or hardtops. I trust all is well with you.
Mike

Love the wagons. You're a good son!

matthon: It's a later model A833 with a factory floor hump and Hurst Competition Plus shifter. Fourth gear is overdrive.

493 Mike: Good to hear from you. Things are good here, except it's winter. I plan on attending the Red Barns show again next year. Hope to see you there!

I had the same problem with my rear side glass, http://www.restorationspecialties.com is 20 mi from me,gave them my original, and they made me new ones and they now carry them in stock.Give them a call.

Thanks. I'll try calling them again for my white wagon. Its too late for the tan wagon thats in the body shop now. I stopped by today and the body shop has paint on it already. A few weeks ago I had ordered all the rubber they had for a 67 B body wagon, and the rubber for the rear side glass wasn't among the pieces that were on the order. The shipment arrived yesterday by the way. My biggest concern for rubber now is for the rubber for the roof and D-pillars that the tail gate glass goes up into. They didn't have anything listed for that part.

Thank you. That's what I'm doing to my 62, except a 67 trans. I have everything but the bell, just wondering if anyone skipped using the hump.

I know I guy with a 62 wagon, but he ain't selling. Guess I'll have to settle for my 64.
