I have an original 4spd shifter & linkage out of my dads 67 GTX. I was going to let it go with the car when we sell it but the guys I have talked to about the car didn't seam interested in it. So I am thinking of selling it separate. I have no idea what to ask for it. Anyone have any ideas ? Thanks

Most likely an Inland (wet noodle) shifter.
Lousy performance, but they make adapters to put the handle on a Hurst mechanism.
One just went for $150 on eBay.

I would keep that with the car if it’s original to it. It’s shame they don’t want it.

Keep it with the car. I for one would love to have your car! If I did, that baby would be going right back in it and ditching the one you have in it now. Guys buying your car will most likely want originality.

good point

I would differently keep it with the car. I still have the original that was taken out of my 67 R/T when the car was fairly new.
