I have the new floor pan temporarily set into place and the tunnel hump positioned in what I believe to be the proper location. It appears as though I will need to cut the floor pan beyond the cross member to install or am I missing something?

Will I need to cut/install the hump before I weld the new pan in place?

Thanks in advance for any assistance / suggestions.

Place fourspeed tunnel on hump and slide forward as far as you can until it fits best the front of it will be close to the seem on firewall your close. You can weld the floor in then the tunnel and cut from under the car. I believe based on my original they were cut with a torch. The shape of the cutout was similar to the shape of the hump somewhat L shaped.

Dryheat, nice to see you still at it and if you need any help let me know I can come over. After the new year

Thanks Barry ... I'm going to be off work until next year so I'm going to try and get as much done as possible.

Do you still want / need that automatic brake pedal setup? Let me know ...

I'm good I modified mine. But thanks again.
