When I respond to a thread I always see a little gray box that looks like a wait bar in the upper right corner of the screen. It takes several seconds before my posts are uploaded.

Is it just me?

I have high speed internet.

the 'net' is a little jammed up here too, for the past few days..... can't really nail down a cause, guessing too much bandwidth use countrywide!

^^^^^And my cell phone won't work inside the house this week...I gotta go outside.Wonder what they are up to.

No problems here in the eastern sticks of Georgia.

Yeah, me too....and that's on everything. Desktop, Lap top and phone.

Did you pay last months bill?.....

I have been experiencing slower page transition for a few weeks now. Maybe it's because my kids are playing Fortnite online. Even ourt Fibre connection is showing signs of lag.

Why is that this Fortnite game has been going on for more than 2 weeks?

The amount of people that are home for the holidays might be straining the networks.

I've noticed the slow reply on here for awhile now. Same with uploading pictures ect. Might be time to clean the server again.

Heh, I can remember 14k dial-up service....yeah, I'm old.
Yes, the site is slower and has been for some weeks now. I just figured sinister
GiggleAd pre-sensoring was occurring. :)

I was getting 1.5 Mbps upload speed and was supposed to get 3. I reset my modem and now have 30 Mbps down and 3 up, which is what I am paying for.

That seems to have fixed my issue.

BTW, I can get fiber optic Gigabit internet for $100/month. But what I have now allows me to watch movies in 4K at only $42/month.
