They look like Torque Thrust D wheels but they have an odd lip.

Maybe older us mag ? I think they made that style wheel too ..... also I think the original torque thrust had that flat lip too, I THINK !

Maybe ansen, but there were others. Anything cast into the inside? My ansens have the brand name cast in.
I too doubt that are american torque thrusts.

I will check today.. I was thinking about finding some tires and buying center caps and sticking these on the Belle to make it look cooler..

I just went out and looked could not find any kind of ID marks on them. However looking at them from the rear they seem to be 2 piece and the center is fixed onto the outer rim on tabs. I'll take a picture of them from the rear.. They are just weird to me.

Much like this wheel Nation posted..

Aluminum center, and a steel rim? My ansens (torque thrust original copy) are one piece aluminum.

Is the rim steel and the center aluminum? Lots of wheels back years ago were done that way...

Yea I think they are steel rims. But I think the centers are magnesium and not aluminum. They have a different look to them. Is that possible?

Possible, sure, but HIGHLY unlikely. Absolutely no reason to use the lightest possible metal, then bind it to a heavy steel hoop!
My ansens have corroded from neglect sitting in the garage in storage, and they look just like magnesium tts, but i can assure you, they aint!

I will go snap a picture of the rear of a wheel. And post it.. I tried to polish a lip a while back and it didnt seem to help it any.. Thats why I was thinking it might be magnesium. Be back in a few with a new picture. In the second picture you can see the steel wheel behind the insert. Kinda looks like a hub cap lol.

If those were my wheels, I'd clean them the best I can then use a dark gray wheel paint, to simulate the real magnesium wheels.
See the thread "magnesium wheel colo(u)r" here in the wheel and tire section.

I don't know what these are either, but I like the look on my Coronet, other than the lips on the spokes. I just thought they were a newer imitation. The picture should be good enough to expand and see the details of the wheel.

American racing T70 re-issue. AWESOME wheel! One of my favorites !
The lips on the spokes is what makes it a t70. Look them up as a VnT70, for vintage.
@Jerry Hall , further research tells me yours are a re-issue T70R, meaning rib. Originals produced only from 1969-1971.
