Tires, cannot find these, what do you all use?

Coopers on mine currently...nice ride, reasonably priced and the RWL look. Not very good drag-type traction if you're packing decent power, but better than BFGs.

Never liked the Cooper Cobras. Makes me think they belong on a Ferd. Just the Mopar in me. I have Good Year or BFG on most of my wheels.

Obviously these aren’t made anymore but I always loved the look of the Goodyear solid raised white letter as a classic tire, I know I could get BFG’s, but what else are you guys using that has an old school look?
Since these are dated 1995, I’m getting worried on taking x-way trips and would like to keep these, but get a “trip set” mounted up also.
Input appreciated

Is that a factory painted black top?

I have the Cooper Cobra's and like the ride better than the BG's

Did Cooper partner with Ferd? Not aware of this.

I’m using Coker bias ply “pro trac” tires on my coronet.

I had BF Goodrich radial TA’s, but I was looking for a more old school appearance.

One more vote for the Cobras. I put a set on my A body, they are very nice! Mine are letters-in, I like the black-out look that goes with the steelies.

I like that look on your car. I've got a set of black steelies with the white letters in on my car too. But... i think if my car was white, i might have put the white letters out . Just me, absolutely NO criticism intended.
Edit: i started a thread a while back about white letters in or out. Got interesting results.

Actually, the car is a light tan, like buckskin. It looks washed out due to the sunlight. I'm not sure how I found enough sun in this part of the world to take the photo, but it happened.

My fronts get grungy after a couple weeks but it's nothing that doesn't clean right up with a little ajax. Rears stay pretty clean(I do drive the crap out of it!)

Put Cobras on my 70 Satty droptop. They ride great, look great !!!

Coopers. I put them on both modern Mopars too, not the Cobra style. Good street tire. Smells good when roasting. Got caught in rain on I-5 and they were great. Safe and good looking. I get mine from tirecrawler.com, Downey, California. Overnight to my shop via Golden State Transport. I call by phone and have the warehouse check the born on date cause 295 50 15’s don’t move much.
